About ani: ani is a boutique event planning and design studio specializing in creative and unique event setups for children’s parties and special occasions.
Scope of Work: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our event setup crew. This part-time role will require working on an event-by-event basis, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless event decor installations and teardowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up event decoration items from ani’s location and transport them to the event venue.
- Set up event decor according to the design plan and ensure everything is in place before the event starts.
- Return to the venue post-event to collect decor items and bring them back to ani’s location.
- Maintain the quality and safety of decor items during transport and installation.
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism at each event.
Dress Code and Conduct:
- You will be expected to wear the company-provided uniform during events and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Reliable and punctual, with strong time management skills.

- Flexible availability for weekend and events.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- A valid UAE driver's license and access to transportation is a plus!
