Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.Plan, organize, and execute pharmaceutical industry events, conferences, and internal meetings, ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.Assist in preparing executive reports, presentations, and documents for key meetings and events.Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking for executives and events.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during event planning and execution.Provide on-site event support, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.Assist in organizing internal training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities to foster team collaboration and development.
Profile
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale international events, from planning through execution.Strong proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and handling confidential information for senior executives.UAE experience is essential.
