·      Managing daily sales activities for the designated customer.

·      Searching of new potential clients within the designated demographic area and initiate relationship.

·      Performing regular client visits / client calls.

·      Ensuring an effective collection daily.

·      Ensuring a sustainable growth with current customers and plan the customer retention.

·      Helping clients solve problems.

·      Creating and sending quotation with coordination with sales manager.

·      Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to sales manager and management.

·      Initiating sales orders and ensure the follow up for proper and on time deliveries.

·      Offering the after sales services to clients.

·      Recording and maintain clients contact data.

·      Maintaining hard and soft archive for all actions and activities.

·      Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions.

·      Preparing reports and make recommendations and enhancements to management.

·      Marking technical presentation to review current conditions and to improve client’s satisfaction.

·      Assisting in the development of the annual sales budget.

·      Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.

·      Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.

·      Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.

·      Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.

·      Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.

·      Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.
