Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Property Consultant  to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on the real estate market. The Property Consultant will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the property transaction process.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Interaction:

  •    Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  •    Provide comprehensive property listings and market analysis to clients.
  •    Conduct property viewings and assist clients in making informed decisions.


Sales and Marketing:

  •    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or rent.
  •    Actively seek out new clients and leads through networking, referrals online sites.
  •    Negotiate offers and facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.


Market Research:

  •    Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
  •    Provide clients with insights into market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
