Purpose:

  • Promote and sell new models.  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the services given in the showroom. 

 

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Greet the customer and identify his/her requirements.  
  • Explain the features and performance of the vehicle to the customer. 
  • Explain GSM’s services at the point of sales such as car registration, insurance, and other after-sales services. 
  • Suggest optional equipment (accessories) for customers to purchase. 
  • Achieve the sales target set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager/Head of Used Cars. 
  • Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and requirements for financing of vehicles.  
  • Advise customers concerning the current and future availability of new car models. 
  • Arrange the delivery of the vehicle to the customer in coordination with the New Car Storekeeper. 
  • Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for car registration and insurance. 


Dimensions:

  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease 
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all time 
  • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form 


Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales, preferably gained in car sales environment
  • Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred
