We are looking for a skilled Arabic Typist to join our team. The role involves typing and preparing official documents such as contracts, powers of attorney (POAs), and government-related paperwork. You must ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing & Formatting: Accurately type and format legal and governmental documents in Arabic.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare legal documents for submission to governmental authorities.
  • Proofreading: Review and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and manage digital/physical files of all legal paperwork.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive documents with the highest discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with strong knowledge of legal/governmental terminology.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy in Arabic.
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
