We are one of the first Russian bathhouse complexes in Dubai, aiming to introduce local residents to the traditions of Russian baths and their unique wellness benefits. Our complex blends centuries-old culture with modern comfort, where every guest can enjoy an atmosphere of complete relaxation and rejuvenation.
We are seeking a creative SMM Specialist who will fully manage our social media channels, maintain the unique brand style, create beautiful content, and develop engaging texts in both English and Russian to increase brand awareness and attract new guests.
Skills
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2+), with strong verbal and written skills.
- Experience managing brand accounts on social media — particularly Instagram and Facebook (experience with Telegram, Pinterest, or other platforms is a bonus).
- Ability to write engaging texts in both Russian and English.
- Proficiency in graphic design software: Canva, Figma (knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus).
- Experience creating photo and video content — from concept to execution (shooting, editing, color correction, adding text) in various formats for social media.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, setting up and managing advertising campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers and bloggers (finding relevant accounts, communication, and analyzing results).
Responsibilities:
- Managing our Instagram account.
- Creating and executing a monthly content plan.
- Shooting content using an iPhone and editing it.
- Organizing professional photoshoots when necessary.
- Setting up targeted advertising.
- Collaborating with bloggers and influencers, including searching and working with them.
- Writing texts for social media and other platforms (website, media).
- Coordinating with contractors — designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Working with other departments to achieve overall marketing goals.
