Overview of the role

To lead and oversee the commercial strategy and execution for the Blue digital platform, driving growth and innovation across loyalty programs, payment solutions, retail media, and digital wallets. This role is pivotal in identifying new revenue-generating opportunities, conducting feasibility analysis, and preparing business cases to support the expansion into business adjacencies with a focus on AI, ensuring the platform's profitability and market leadership. This role operates within the framework of organizational policies that emphasize agility, innovation, and customer-centricity.

 

What you will do

  • Developing and executing the commercial strategy, identifying new revenue-generating opportunities          
  • Preparing comprehensive business case and maintaining and improving key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborating cross-functionally and managing relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Navigating through complex market dynamics, technological advancements, and consumer behavior shifts.
  • regulatory compliance, data privacy standards, and the need to stay ahead of competitive trends.
  • Aligning with the company's strategic vision, ensuring that all commercial activities support the broader business objectives and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
  • Shaping the future of the company's commercial products, leveraging the loyalty programs, payment instruments, digital wallets, AI capabilities and new business adjacencies to drive sustainable growth and market leadership.

What equips you for the role

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Finance specialization, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in relevant field.
  • Proven track record of identifying revenue-generating opportunities and preparing successful business cases.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of retail media services and e- commerce.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
