  • Cold Calling to Prospective Clients: Initiate conversations with potential clients identified through our target lists and digital marketing efforts. Develop a friendly, persuasive approach to engage prospects, introduce them to our services, and spark interest.
  • Qualifying Leads: Ask key questions to understand the needs of prospects, identify potential opportunities, and qualify leads based on interest and fit. Document insights and relevant details to enhance lead quality.
  • Sales Conversion: Actively work on converting qualified leads into clients by effectively communicating our value propositions, handling objections, and showcasing the benefits of our services tailored to each prospect’s needs.
  • Building and Nurturing Relationships: Create a positive first impression and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, providing additional information as needed and building rapport to keep our brand top of mind.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with senior sales reps to align on strategy, receive guidance, and update them on lead progress and conversion rates, helping to refine approaches.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Maintain an organized record of all activities, conversations, and outcomes with leads. Regularly update sales tracking tools to monitor progress and assist in data-driven decisions.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Similar experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
