We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across the vibrant Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Property Listings: Assist in listing residential and commercial properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and compelling property descriptions and photos.
  • Sales & Leasing: Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and rental deals, and guide clients through the transaction process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, property laws, and mortgage financing options to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Networking: Build a network of property owners, investors, and developers to increase opportunities for property sales and rentals.
  • Documentation: Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements required for property transactions in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential clients through referrals, advertising, and other marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

  • Off-Plan Sales Experience: Solid understanding of off-plan sales processes in the Dubai real estate market and prior industry experience.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate with clients, developers and other agents to close sales and maximize value for the client and the company.
  • Dubai Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of market trends, strategic locations and recent developments in Dubai.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages ​​such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage).
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation to build long-lasting relationships and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain a broad network of contacts with potential clients and collaborators in the sector.
