We are seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Painter to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to furniture and other surfaces using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Priority to experience in PU and Polyester finishing skills. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of different painting techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Select and mix the appropriate paint or finish according to the project requirements.
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to furniture and other surfaces using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Inspect and touch up finished products to ensure high-quality standards.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to protect oneself and others from harm.
• Collaborate with other team members, including carpenters and designers, to achieve project goals.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project.
• Stay updated on new painting techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Furniture Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and finishes.
• Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
• Familiarity with painting tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
