Requirements:
- Convince the client to purchase by demonstrating how services meet their needs.
- Discuss various parameters to comprehend the end goal of clients.
- Attend client complaints or questions regarding a product or service professionally.
- Drive a client to purchase specific products or services through apt explanations.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or outbound call centers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or familiarity with IT products/services is a plus
- Must possess a pro-active and result oriented attitude
