Position: European Business Development & Operations Manager (Male or Female)

Location: Dubai Hills (Office-based with occasional client visits)

Preferred Background: European (cultural alignment is important for this role)


We’re looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager (male or female) to help grow and streamline our business in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You will be based in our office in Dubai Hills, with occasional visits to clients or potential customers as needed. Most of your work will involve using the computer to develop business opportunities, build relationships, and manage operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and locations for expansion.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate deliveries, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring smooth and reliable service for clients.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Use Notion to keep all work, interactions, and updates documented and organized. We need someone who can keep things clean and well-documented—no messiness here.


  • Technical Support: Provide light support during equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.


What We Offer:

  • Office Location: Work primarily from our office in Dubai Hills, with some field visits to clients.
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary of 8,000 - 12,000 AED per month, depending on experience.
  • Commission: Additional compensation for closing successful deals and securing new clients.
