- Collaborate with the business team to align templates with strategic goals.
Sales Enablement Support
- Create customized graphics, presentations, and infographics for sales pitches and client demos.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling visual content.
- Develop visuals to simplify complex solutions and data.
AFT Company Profile
- Design a summarised AFT company profile by taking inputs from business leaders
- Design business-specific company profiles to assist the sales team during their presentation.
Website & Digital Content Design
- Design graphics for website updates, including banners, landing pages, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure the website is visually appealing and current.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Design graphics for marketing campaigns, email promotions, and social media posts.
- Ensure visuals align with overall marketing strategies and corporate branding.
Creative Concept Development
- Develop creative concepts for new initiatives, events, and external communications.
- Propose innovative design ideas to support the company's marketing and branding efforts.
Technical Expertise and Growth
- Maintain proficiency in design tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop and relevant software.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, implementing innovative techniques to enhance visual content.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to align design solutions with technical and strategic goals.

What Equips you for the role:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
Minimum Requirements / Experience:
- Professional Experience: Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in creating graphics for marketing, sales, and digital content, particularly in an IT or technology-focused environment. Familiarity with enterprise branding and marketing strategies is beneficial.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus
