Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services to support high-performance data processing, storage, and retrieval.Data Pipeline Optimisation: Build and optimise data pipelines to ensure efficient processing of large volumes of data.Automation of Data Processes: Implement automation solutions across data pipelines and workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.Database Management: Design and structure databases, particularly in ClickHouse, to improve data organisation, retrieval speeds, and processing efficiency.Data Processing at Scale: Manage, process, and analyse massive datasets, ensuring high performance and reliability.Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to understand data requirements and integrate automation solutions.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.At least 3 years dedicated ClickHouse experience, with proven experience in backend development, with strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.Proficiency with ClickHouse for database management and optimisation. Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, etc.) and ETL processes.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
