The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in the oil and gas industry, particularly within ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is designed for individuals with a robust background in operations management, ensuring that all activities align with the company's strategic goals and safety regulations. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency. With a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience required, this role demands a strong leader who can navigate the complexities of the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of operational teams to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to operational protocols.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Act as a liaison between management and field personnel to address operational challenges.
Preferred Candidate:
Experienced in gas processing operations with ICSS, rotating equipment like centrifugal & reciprocating compressors & pumps, plant trouble shooting, HSE performance, leading O&M team for safe operations, stakeholder management, daily reporting, routine maintenance planning , planning consumables and resources, etc, Familiar with individual equipment as well process start up shutdown, etc.
