Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading security surveillance technology and service providers in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to lead the financial and tax functions for the MENA region. This role is integral to ensuring financial compliance, supporting business decision-making, and mitigating financial risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, regional tax and finance expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive business growth.
- Lead the comprehensive finance and tax functions for the MENA region, ensuring adherence to local compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounting and tax reporting for regional entities, delivering timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external financial and tax organizations, coordinating audits, tax inspections, and other compliance activities.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of external intermediaries, ensuring their work meets organizational standards and compliance regulations.
- Provide financial and tax support to business units, enabling efficient and compliant financial operations.
- Collaborate with business units to support strategic planning and budgeting, contributing to the development of financial forecasts and KPIs.
- Conduct management report analysis and track key business metrics, delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and address financial and tax risks within business operations, implementing controls to minimize financial exposure.
- Work with internal teams to improve financial processes, leveraging IT and other tools to streamline workflows and close gaps.
- Document and disseminate best practices, policies, and process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to teams on finance processes and compliance standards, fostering a culture of financial accountability.
- Handle additional tasks and special projects as required to support business needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with specific exposure to MENA regional finance and tax regulations.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, tax management, and compliance for multiple entities.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in finance systems and tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
