Admin and Operations Executive

We are a leading, dynamic and growing printing press specializing in high-quality print production services. Our team thrives on precision, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in every print job. We are currently seeking an Admin and Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks such as reply to customer enquiries, send quotes, maintaining records, and handling internal communications.
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for materials as required.

Operations Coordination:

  • Assist with monitoring and tracking production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality control standards.
  • Act as a liaison between departments (Sales, Production, and Shipping) to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Prepare job orders, work instructions, and ensure quality is maintained for all jobs.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

  • Oversee stock levels of materials like paper, ink, and other printing supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new orders and pricing.
  • Track order statuses and assist with the preparation of shipments or deliveries.

Process Improvement:

Help identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.

Assist with implementing new systems or technologies to improve production and admin functions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role, preferably within a manufacturing or printing environment
