A leading ecommerce fashion company is looking for TA Specialist for tech and non-tech recruitment across GCC region. This is a contractual role for 6-12 month duration.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Headhunt and engage top-tier talent, leveraging advanced search techniques, market mapping, and networking strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely acquisition of best fit talent through efficient sourcing mix.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess suitability, and make recommendations for hire.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships with potential candidates.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire etc.
• Design an effective Onboarding framework to ensure best in class experience for new joiners.
Skills
6+ years’ experience in a fast- paced recruitment role, ideally with agency and in-house experience. A strong track record of recruiting and sourcing candidates at all levels across different functions within sharp timeliness.
