Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist

Location: Remote, UAE-Based (Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered)


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and other strategic methods. This role requires a candidate who can proactively engage potential clients, secure interest, and, if necessary, conduct in-person meetings to close deals. The role is fully remote but is limited to candidates based in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calls, emails, and other forms of communication to reach potential clients and generate leads.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Client Meetings: When required, meet clients face-to-face in the UAE to further discuss products/services and close sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster trust and credibility.
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies for better engagement and conversion.
  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and results to assess performance and inform future tactics.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Residency Requirement: Must be currently residing in the UAE.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a marketing and sales role, with a strong emphasis on outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
