We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Planner to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves coordinating and optimizing the movement of inventory across various regions, ensuring smooth, cost-effective logistics operations This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely import and export of products to various regions
· Plan, schedule, and oversee the transportation and delivery of products, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
· Prepare and manage all necessary shipping, import, and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists.
· Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
· Stay up to date with international shipping regulations and ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
· A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics planning or a similar role.
· Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in logistics software.
· Office Suite, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines are also essential for success in this role.
