Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in Dubai, offering a competitive commission-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Using CRM to: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients, primarily focusing on government entities.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to booking appoinments and completing CRM report
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly within government sectors.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product/service presentations to clients, tailoring them to their specific needs
  • Booking appoinments with the Sales Director and Directors of medium to large companies
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B . Government environment. IT environment preferred
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
