The Business Development and Marketing Manager for Staff Accommodation is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting staff accommodation services. This role will require creating and executing marketing strategies to drive occupancy, customer satisfaction, and brand recognition within the staff housing industry.


Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competition, and potential customer needs.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy that targets potential clients, such as corporate businesses requiring staff accommodation.
  • Evaluate industry trends and adjust strategy to remain competitive.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients through networking, industry events, and other lead generation tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients.

Partnerships and Alliances:

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships that add value to the staff accommodation services (e.g., local vendors, transport companies).
  • Manage and nurture these relationships to enhance offerings and maintain a high level of service quality.


Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years in business development and marketing, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or staff accommodation.
