Responsibilities:
Reception Duties: Welcome clients and visitors with a positive, friendly attitude.
Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, handle calls, and assist with daily office tasks.
Document Management: Use MS Office for document creation, form filling, and record maintenance.
Client Communication: Communicate professionally via email and over the phone.
Additional Tasks: Assist with video editing and posting on media channels.
Record Keeping: Maintain records through data entry, filing, and document organization.
Scheduling: Arrange meetings and appointments.
Contracts: Prepare contracts and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
Skills
Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant (real estate experience preferred but not required).
Education: Graduate
Skills: Strong MS Office skills, excellent email writing and communication skills, and attention to detail.
Attitude: A positive, reliable, and organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
