• Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and help clients make informed decisions about property investments.
• Deliver expert advice on property market conditions, valuations, and potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, property values, and regulatory changes.
• Develop strategic investment plans and proposals for clients, considering market data and future property trends.
• Identify emerging opportunities and advise clients on high-yield real estate investments in Dubai.
• Manage property sales, leases, and acquisitions for clients, ensuring seamless and successful transactions.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with a focus on maximizing returns and aligning with client expectations.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws.
• Develop and expand a network of industry contacts, including developers, investors, brokers, and other key players in the Dubai real estate market.
• Attend industry events and maintain an active presence to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, with a specific focus on the Dubai market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and real estate market analysis tools.
• Valid UAE real estate license is a plus.
