Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join our team, focused on managing and supporting our clients’ IT infrastructure and ensuring their systems run smoothly. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems for multiple clients, providing high-quality service, and helping to improve overall IT performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client IT needs, providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and applications.
• Monitor client systems and networks, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage the setup, configuration, and installation of new systems and technologies for clients.
• Maintain and update documentation related to client IT systems, processes, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure best practices.
• Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security checks to protect client data and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of various IT systems and software.
