Sales officer We are looking for an outstanding Logistics Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The employee will be responsible for developing and expanding the customer base by providing integrated logistics solutions that meet the needs of companies and individuals in the market.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

Marketing and Sales:


Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate offers for logistics services (shipping, warehousing, distribution, etc.).

Continuous interaction with new and old customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

Following up on deals and commercial offers to ensure successful completion of operations.

Preparing commercial offers:


Creating and presenting commercial offers that include competitive prices and logistics service specifications that suit the customer’s needs.

Preparing integrated offers that include logistics aspects (warehousing, shipping, transportation) and added services.

Negotiating and closing deals:


Negotiating with customers on prices, implementation time, and payment terms to ensure their satisfaction and signing of contracts.

Advising customers on innovative and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Ensuring the achievement of the monthly sales and profitability targets of the organization.

Customer Relationship Management:


Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and create opportunities to expand the services provided to them.


Follow up on delivery and shipping operations to ensure that operations are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Market and competition analysis:


Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

Monitor competitors' activities and provide strategic recommendations to improve commercial offerings.


Reporting and follow-up:


Prepare periodic reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.

Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track the progress of deals and daily activities.


Required Qualifications:


Education:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.


Experience:


A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in the field of logistics or shipping and transportation services.

Extensive knowledge of types of logistics services such as transportation, warehousing, distribution, etc.


Technical Skills:


Good knowledge of sales management tools and programs and CRM systems.

Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Personal Skills:


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Ability to negotiate and solve problems.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.

Effective organization and time management skills.
