Are you a social media whiz with a marketing mindset? We're seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to help us take our brand to the next level.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·        Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.

·        Utilize graphic design experience to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.

·        Plan, schedule, and maintain a social media calendar.

·        Develop/draft engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and daily stories that enlighten audiences and promote:

-Brand-focused messages

-All events and matches

-Product offerings and promotions

-Equestrian season schedule and calendar updates

·        Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, fostering positive customer/client relationships.

·        Attend events and tournaments to produce live social media content.

·        Develop and maintain good relationships with influencers, bloggers, vloggers, and media.

·        Audit and analyze social media presences, including costs and returns of campaigns; gather visitor data; and highlight areas for social media campaign improvement.

·        Run Google AdWords/PPC campaigns to generate sales and/or traffic to the websites through search and display ads.

·        Manage our organizational website to ensure there is constant fresh, relevant content.

·        Assist in reaching out to potential event sponsors and vendors.

·        Handle on-site sponsor stand logistics to exhibit their products.

·        And other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Skills

Qualifications:

·        Proven work experience in social media management

·        Strong creative thinking skills and attention to detail

·        Experience in photo/video editing platforms

·        Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·        In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
