Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Tendering Specialist with a focus on staffing and outsourcing solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end tendering process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to secure competitive and compliant proposals. The ideal candidate will analyze tender requirements, assess risks, and collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract compliance and alignment with company policies. A strong background in contract management, knowledge of local and international regulations, and excellent negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for staffing/outsourcing projects.
• Review and draft contractual agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and partners to secure favorable conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for risk assessment and compliance.
• Maintain and update contract documentation and manage renewals or amendments.
