We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to join our Staffing and Outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruitment experience in the UAE, with a proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates across various industries. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure timely and effective talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate placements.
