About the Client:
An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.
Job Description:
- Analyze tender documents and collaborate with departments to gather necessary project details.
- Perform quantity take-offs, prepare RFIs, and attend pre- and post-tender clarification meetings.
- Request quotes from suppliers/subcontractors, review pricing, and prepare cost comparison sheets.
- Develop cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and final pricing, including value engineering (VE) options for client proposals.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in the similar role in interior fit-out
- Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license
