QC Inspector - Oil & Gas Industry

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Perform visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) on various equipment, components, and systems used in oil and gas operations.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents to verify accuracy and conformance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, including non-compliance issues, findings, and corrective actions.
- Ensure that all inspections meet the required quality control and safety standards.
- Communicate inspection results to engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met during the procurement process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Skills
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, industry codes, and testing techniques.
- Certification in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) is a plus.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and under tight deadlines.
