We are seeking a proactive HR Officer with expertise in project and key account management to support our dynamic HR operations. The role involves overseeing key accounts, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions for assigned projects and key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for client HR needs.
- Oversee onboarding, contract management, and employee documentation.
- Monitor and address workforce requirements, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Develops actionable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks based on data analysis and presents them to senior leadership for approval.
- Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Acts as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of new programs and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in project or key account management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR processes.
