Your Role:

As a key player in our team, you’ll:

• Craft concept designs and technical specifications during tender stages.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring every detail meets our gold-standard quality and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors to bring designs to life.
• Ensure all designs align with Dubai’s top regulatory standards (DM, DDA, JAFZA, etc.).
• Create jaw-dropping 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Lead dynamic design teams and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 10+ years in design and construction, with a proven track record.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and parametric design tools.
• Certifications: Revit & Trakhees Accreditation.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement abilities.
• Language Skills: English (required); knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil is a plus.
