Job Description: Tendering and Estimation Specialist only from Oil and Gas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop detailed tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for pricing and quotations.
  • Review and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a database of rates, costs, and supplier information for reference.
  • Provide post-tender support, including responding to clarifications and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry best practices.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tendering and estimation within relevant industries.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of local and international standards and regulations.
