• Oversee construction progress from start to finish (ground up and/or renovations).
• Handle processing of documents to local authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, RAKEZ, DED, etc.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Review drawings to provide technical guidance in quantity surveying/estimation, structural calculation, load schedule, etc.

About the Client:

An established property developer and consultant in UAE.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
• Male, 30 to 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of Dubai experience in similar role from contracting or building consultancy companies
• Must have Civil engineering license and Dubai Municipality certifications – G+1, G+2, etc.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Primavera knowledge is a plus
• Must have valid UAE Driving License
