Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Secretary to join our team in either our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a UAE-based real estate or property management company and possess strong administrative and accounting skills. This position requires an individual with excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Handle general office duties such as scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with accounts-related tasks, including invoicing, managing receipts, and maintaining financial records.
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, and vendors to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to property management and leasing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a property management or real estate company in the UAE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Knowledge of property management and real estate operations.
