Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Secretary to join our team in either our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a UAE-based real estate or property management company and possess strong administrative and accounting skills. This position requires an individual with excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Handle general office duties such as scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts-related tasks, including invoicing, managing receipts, and maintaining financial records.
  • Coordinate with clients, tenants, and vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to property management and leasing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a property management or real estate company in the UAE.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of property management and real estate operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
