DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The primary responsibility is to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Identifying potential clients and generating leads through networking and research.
3. Assist in leading the sales team by setting goals, developing sales strategies, and motivating team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Skillfully negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and strategically managing sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress towards target.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
6. Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, inventory management, and product delivery to meet customer demands.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and threats.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
9. Maintain post-sales relationships by delivering exceptional customer support and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Requirements
· Minimum of 3–4-year proven experience in sales leadership or a similar role, preferably in consumer electronics or Domestic Appliances. · Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent connect in the Independent Retail markets, working closely with Dealers, Contractors etc.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interaction with sales teams, customers, and departments.
· Exceptional strategic planning, execution skills & leadership quality.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
· Adept at managing budgets and resources efficiently.
· Commitment to upholding the high standards and reputation of the LSBG brands and maintaining a great relationship with Stakeholders.
