Business Development:

  • Lead and implement strategies to generate and nurture high-quality leads, driving interest in EduEnhance’s offerings.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives and schedule meetings to support the sales team in advancing the pipeline.
  • Monitor lead progress and ensure continuous engagement through personalized communication.


Marketing Management:

  • Oversee marketing activities, including social media, podcast management, event planning, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality execution of marketing strategies and brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to boost visibility and engagement with EduEnhance’s target audience.


Project Management:

  • Serve as the project manager for localization initiatives of international programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and other stakeholders involved in localization projects.
  • Support project planning, manage the completion of milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Assist with quality assurance to uphold the integrity and standards of EduEnhance’s localized offerings.


Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Deeply understand EduEnhance’s mission, vision, products, value proposition, and market trends.
  • Use insights to refine business development and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Project Management, with education industry experience being a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Expertise in lead generation and nurturing techniques. Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, event coordination, and vendor management. Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning, milestone management, and quality assurance for multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering clear, concise information.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
