Job Overview


We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Freelance Agents to join our team. The agents will focus on bringing clients for our services, including business setup, accounting and taxation, and real estate solutions in the UAE. This is a commission-based role ideal for professionals with strong networks and a passion for connecting businesses to valuable opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and approach potential clients interested in:

Company formation in UAE (mainland, free zones, and offshore).

Accounting and taxation advisory tailored to local compliance.

Real estate services, including property investment and management.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective networking and market research.

• Act as the liaison between the client and our company to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

• Provide market insights and trends to help improve our services and client offerings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition.


Skills

Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience in sales, business development, or as an introducer in any of the above fields.

• Strong network and ability to generate leads in the UAE market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Basic understanding of UAE’s business setup regulations, taxation framework, and real estate sector is advantageous.
