What You’ll Do:
- Client Engagement: Actively visit B2B clients, ranging from smaller travel agencies to larger firms, to understand their technical needs and present tailored solutions.
- Technical Support: Serve as a technical liaison, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical resources.
- Solution Design: Participate in designing and developing custom solutions, integrating client feedback to enhance functionality and performance.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our platform.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support for technical inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide clients with strategic advice and recommendations.
Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must have domain experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and sales prowess.
- A valid driver’s license is essential for traveling to client locations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset, able to anticipate client needs and offer effective solutions.
