We're seeking a skilled and versatile Social Media Manager to help scale our operations, manage paid ad campaigns, and contribute to creative content strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the founder to create high-quality visuals and copy. All content must be approved via Telegram before publishing.
  • Scheduling & Platform Management: Maintain content calendars and ensure timely scheduling across multiple platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs to strengthen brand presence and grow the audience.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance and social media metrics (CPC, CTR, engagement rates) to refine strategies.
  • Flexibility in Tasks: Be open to supporting other tasks that align with the company’s goals and growth.
  • Industry Trends: Stay on top of platform updates and emerging trends to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

  • Proven experience in paid ad management and organic social media growth.
  • Expertise in ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience with influencer-driven marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
