Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the founder to create high-quality visuals and copy. All content must be approved via Telegram before publishing.
- Scheduling & Platform Management: Maintain content calendars and ensure timely scheduling across multiple platforms.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs to strengthen brand presence and grow the audience.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance and social media metrics (CPC, CTR, engagement rates) to refine strategies.
- Flexibility in Tasks: Be open to supporting other tasks that align with the company’s goals and growth.
- Industry Trends: Stay on top of platform updates and emerging trends to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
