Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract life cycles, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tender documentation, pricing, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring favourable contract terms.
  • Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in contract management and tendering in the oil and gas industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering processes, and negotiation.
