- Install a variety of smart systems (e.g., home automation, smart lighting, IoT devices) and security systems (e.g., CCTV cameras, access control, alarm systems).
- Configure systems to meet customer requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues in installed systems, providing timely solutions and necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Integrate security and smart systems with other technology platforms to ensure seamless operation.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on installed systems to ensure ongoing performance and security.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, service calls, and repairs.
- Ensure installations meet safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients, explaining system functionality and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

- One year Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of smart systems (home automation, IoT) and security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Familiarity with networked devices and smart technologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients and explain technical details clearly.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in various environments
- SIRA certificate is plus
