JOB DESCRIPTION:-

The receptionist in a poly clinic plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and providing excellent patient care. Here are some key roles and responsibilities:

-Patient Registration and Check-in, Appointment -Scheduling of patients,

-Communication and Customer care Services.

-Data Entry and Record-Keeping.

-Payment and Billing.

-Administrative Task.

-Patient Flow and Coordination, Security and Safety of patients.

-Quality Improvement, Communication and Interpersonal Skills

-Time Management and -Organization, Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance, -Emergency Preparedness

Clinic 

-Promotion and Marketing, Staff Support and Training.

Skills

-Customer service.

 - Good communication, fluent in English, Arabic language is an added advantage.

 -High level of computer literacy.( ms word, Excel, presentation)

 -Good interpersonal skills.

 -Problem solving skills 

 - Multi tasking.
