What You Will Do:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings. Utilize discounts strategically to close deals effectively.
- Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate buses by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and services.
- Maintain a strong focus on ensuring satisfaction for all customers throughout the sales process.
- Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your designated territory to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
- Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, including refresher courses on new products.
Skills
Required Skills to Be Successful:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role at a commercial vehicle dealership or similar environment.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Experience in bus sales or related commercial vehicle equipment sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
