Kinetic is working with a multinational Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Medical Manager MENA - Oncology to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Act as the company's representative to various groups of experts.
• Address clinical inquiries related to the company’s product, either developmental or marketed products.
• Present scientific and clinical data related to the company's products.
• Establish strong relationships with KOL, clinical investigators, and healthcare providers.
• Assists with site selection with clinical trials.
• Manage projects to completion, anticipate and proactively address issues and difficulties that may arise in the field, and provide solutions.
• Develop and conduct medical education and communication activities.
• Serve as an internal scientific expert in the relevant therapy area, staying informed about the healthcare landscape, and staying updated on both the company's products and competitor medicines.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have 4 years of Oncology/Solid Tumor experience. Breast Cancer is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
