Responsibilities:

• Livestream Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on YouTube and other platforms for audience, including crypto market trend research, hot tokens, and topic planning on pre-live preparation, operation during live streams, and post-live data analysis and performance review.
• Livestream Planning: Develop livestream plans in collaboration with business operations team and livestream hosts, ensuring seamless execution and pacing throughout the livestreams. Continuously track and adjust the livestream process as needed.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance livestream performance.
• Host Training: Provide training and support to livestream hosts, including script structure writing and presentation skills development.
• Sales Accountability: Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking ownership of livestream sales performance.
