Job Description:

• Assist in overseeing and managing the accounts payable process, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining AP reconciliation reports, ensuring that accounts are balanced, and discrepancies are resolved.
• Assist the AP Supervisor and Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including ensuring the accurate recording of AP transactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or in any related field
• At least 4 years of experience in the similar role
• Knowledgeable of Fruits and Vegetables industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in processing invoices, maintaining vendor accounts, and assisting with Statement of Account (SOA) preparation and reconciliation.
• Proficient in reconciliations, IFRS16, and MS Excel is an advantage
