Job Description:

• Drive proactive collections, set monthly targets, plan customer visits, and ensure the AR team follows up on outstanding balances, managing credit risk, and ensuring customers are paying within agreed terms.
• Supervise and guide the AR team, ensure timely training, and evaluate performance to enhance skills.
• Review and reconcile AR balances, aging reports, and customer credit limits; ensure accurate financial entries and month-end closing.
• Work with the finance team on ERP improvements, policy creation, and safeguarding company assets related to collections

Skills

Qualifications: 

• Open to Palestinians, Jordanian, Sudanese nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related field may be required.
• Minimum 5 years in AR or Credit Control (Bank, Financing, FMCG) with supervisory experience and managing at least 300 customer accounts.
• Proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP (5+ years), advanced Excel, and MS Office; M3 ERP experience is a plus.
